FOUNDER

 Joe Benicasa is the founder of Thunder Bay Inter Lucania soccer club. Joe worked as a city transit bus driver, as well as a school bus driver, but Joe's love of soccer started as far back as 1969 when he was a young man. He decided to start up Thunder Bay Inter Lucania soccer club in 1973, which today has approximately 400 kids, who actively play soccer for the exercise and pure enjoyment of the game. Joe's top priority has always been to: "Let the kids have fun!"
